How much is postage?

UK / USA: Priority shipping is included on all orders. 

When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to make sure you order is shipped the day after you place it. Orders placed on Friday after 9am GMT will be shipped the following Monday. If you need your order in a hurry you can place it between Sunday-Wednesday for our express service.

Subscription customers will receive a notification 2-3 days before your order is confirmed and processed.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent via e-mail. If you have any questions about the status of your order email info@therippleco.com and we’ll help you sort it out

My package never arrived, what do I do?

E-mail us at info@therippleco.com and we’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve it for you. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier errors.

Ensure your address can accept FedEx deliveries

Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in your address details and that your flat number is included if needed

Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts

If your building is locked to outsiders then to be extra safe we recommend adding a note to your order about a safe place to leave the delivery e.g. in the porch
