30-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind every ripple⁺ product. If you change your mind, you can return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible:

  • Email info@therippleco.com within 30 days of your order being delivered, before sending anything back.
  • The product must be unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Returns that arrive opened, used or damaged can’t be refunded or exchanged.

Faulty, damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or doesn’t arrive, email info@therippleco.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.

How to return

  1. Email info@therippleco.com with your order number and a photo of the unopened product.
  2. Once our team confirms, we’ll email you a return label.
  3. Pack the items carefully in their original, unopened packaging, pop a note with your order number inside and attach the label.
  4. When we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
  5. Approved refunds take up to 10 business days to reach your original payment method.

Please note that international returns (outside the USA), even within 30 days, will only be accepted if the product is damaged or faulty. The value of the refund for international returns will exclude the shipping charge that has been incurred by the customer.
