How will I know when I need to charge my device/when it’s fully charged?
Once your “+” sign light indicator turn red, it’s time to charge up. In charge mode, your “+” will pulsate, and once fully charged, your “+” will change to a solid white light. Just like that, you’re back to puffing.

Good product
I've started using this device to cut down on my vaping and nicotine intake after giving up tobacco last year. Device is good and charges quickly I bought the relax pods which are nice and smooth and have recently purchased the gold pods which are really nice so I'm happy so far!
