How long does the POD last?
each POD lasts 500 puffs.

How will I know when I need to charge my device/when it’s fully charged?
Once your “+” sign light indicator turn red, it’s time to charge up. In charge mode, your “+” will pulsate, and once fully charged, your “+” will change to a solid white light. Just like that, you’re back to puffing.

This is a great product. I purchased two starter kits, one for my sister and me. My favorite so far is power, it's so smooth. I also really like the fact that it do not leave a sent on your clothes. Anytime I take it out to use it.
