Really helped me start the process of quitting
My biggest issue with quitting is the routine factor of it and most of my friends vape so I’m always around it. I can hit my ripple when I get the urge to ask for my friend’s vape and it really helps. I’m already starting to feel the need to hit the ripple less than I did when I started because there’s no nicotine.
