Quit the Nic
I have been vaping nicotine for 7+ years. I struggled for the last four with trying to quit but could never kick the habit engrained into my brain. But after doing research, I found Ripple+ was similar but without the addictive chemicals and was plant based. Plus side, the COOL gives you the burning throat feeling without the lightheadedness.
