ripple has helped me so much on my endeavor of not vaping. The refreshing flavor and consistency of the smoke is so similar to a vape- it’s helped with the oral fixation aspect of it and it turns out I don’t miss my nic at all! I don’t feel heavy in the chest either. It’s so worth the try!
