Company that stands behind its products

Ripple cares about its customers and stands behind its products. If any issue is found with any product or service if immediately rectified and resolved. In this day and age I greatly appreciate and respect this kind of company. Also as someone ditching nicotine products I appreciate the stand they have made. Taste exquisite and is a good product, the flavors in these pods are truly sweet.

Customer service

I feel like the customer service for ripple is the best I've had to deal with in a very long time! I had a problem with some of my pods and ripple customer service was extremely quick and helpful. They got back to me in hours, not days. They fixed the problem and will keep me a long standing customer. If only all companies were as efficient as ripple there would be a lot more happy customers. Thank you ripple for taking care of me and because of it will keep me coming back to buy more for a very long time!!

I ordered several flavors, but so far I only like the mint one and a couple of the classic ones.

Unfortunately, the Yuzu and Play flavors tasted strange — as if the products were defective.
