How do the ripple+ PODs work?
Each POD is attached to your device via magnetic connection & of course, all PODS are detachable and interchangeable, so you don’t need to wait to finish one before you start the next.
How long does the POD last?
each POD lasts 500 puffs.
I have the older POD product, what’s new?
A LOT. A completely new design, an even sleeker shape, with upgraded materials and a soft-touch finish for durability and protection. The new POD has been updated with modernized aroma technology, to elevate your puffing experience. There’s levels to this.
How will I know when I need to charge my device/when it’s fully charged?
Once your “+” sign light indicator turn red, it’s time to charge up. In charge mode, your “+” will pulsate, and once fully charged, your “+” will change to a solid white light. Just like that, you’re back to puffing.

I ordered two ripple disposables or so I thought and I got one disp. And some refill pods on accident . I contacted customer service within an hour of receiving it and I tell you what ?! Not only did they make it right but they shipped it within 3 hours of the conversation! They went above and beyond and didn’t hassle me about it being my fault or anything. They wanted to take care of my needs. This company is A+ and my rep deserves a raise!
